Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at FS-Blommé. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery options to our customers worldwide. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our International Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Nordics: 4-8 business days (Standard International)
• Europe (EU): 4–8 business days (Standard International)
• North America: 7–14 business days (Priority International)
• Rest of the World: 10–21 business days (Priority International)
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal service issues which are outside of our control.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FS-Blommé is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
• We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding the regulations in your specific country.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Restrictions
While we ship to most countries, certain restrictions may apply to specific products (such as live plants or flammable liquids) due to international shipping regulations. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, we will contact you immediately to provide a full refund.
6. Damages and Loss
FS-Blommé is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless insured shipping was selected.
• If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
• Contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim, or reach out to our support team at admin@fs-blomme.shop for guidance.
7. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected from a pick-up point or if delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping and administrative costs.
